Where the bench has to stay clear and the extraction arm comes from above, the base box provides the load-bearing link to the ceiling. Box 2-1000-050-80 bridges 1000 mm of drop height and accepts extraction arms with a DN50 tube diameter.

Applications

Typical use is in electronics production, laboratories and workshops where several workstations are extracted through a central duct run at ceiling level. The base box is fixed to the ceiling, the extraction arm attaches at the bottom and the exhaust path runs through the side spigot into the duct.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Intended for Alsident extraction arms with a DN50 tube diameter in ceiling installation. Delivery covers the base box in 1000 mm length with the Ø 80 mm side connection. Extraction arm, hood, duct parts and ceiling fixing material are not included.
