Small parts and assemblies in a storage bin should neither mix nor rub against each other. This set divides a standard 400 x 300 mm bin at a compartment height of 180 mm. It comprises 11 longitudinal dividers, part number 5420.353.20.180, measuring 353 x 180 x 3 mm, and 15 short dividers, part number 5420.253.20.180, measuring 253 x 180 x 3 mm. Because the dividers plug together rather than being glued, the layout follows every new batch size.

Application

The set sorts components, connectors and assemblies in picking bins, keeps kanban positions cleanly separated and stops populated boards touching each other during in-house transport. The bin itself is not included.
