Bringing an interrupted conductor back to full length is quickest with a butt connector. These insulated butt connectors from Knipex take conductors of 0.75 - 1 mm² at both ends, are rated up to 600 V and come in a pack of 100 pieces.

Applications

Butt connectors are used in vehicle electrics, in machine and plant construction and for repairs on appliance cables. Both conductor ends are stripped, pushed into the sleeve and pressed with a crimping tool for insulated connectors.

Standards and conformity

The butt connectors contain no substances of very high concern under REACH. The RoHS directive is not applicable to this product.
