Hexagon socket for hexagon socket screws 5 mm, insulated 1000 V, 1/2 inch square drive, 75 mm - Knipex 98 49 05

Hexagon socket screws on live assemblies call for a tool that carries its insulation right up to the screw. This Knipex socket drives metric hexagon socket screws of 5 mm across flats and is tested to DIN 7422, DIN EN 60900 and IEC 60900. Only 9 mm of blade is left uninsulated over a total length of 75 mm.

The tool is built and tested to DIN 7422, DIN EN 60900, IEC 60900, the standards for hand tools used on live installations. The manufacturer data lists it as REACH compliant without SVHC, while the RoHS directive does not apply to this hand tool.
