Nitrogen Kit for DI control unit with T245N handle and stand - JBC KN-B

The KN-B nitrogen kit upgrades a JBC DI control unit for soldering under nitrogen. Nitrogen delivers extra heat to the joint and prevents tip oxidation, improving the quality of every solder connection.

• Automatic N2 activation when the T245N handle is lifted from the stand and shut-off when it is placed back
• Adjustable flow from 0.5 to 3.5 SLPM, recommended 1 to 2 SLPM for oxidation-free joints
• Supply pressure 3 to 5 bar, safe up to a maximum of 6 bar
• Complete package with handle, stand, cartridge and two nozzles, ready to use

Compatibility and scope of delivery

Works with the DI control unit and the discontinued DD and DM control units. Requires a GN nitrogen generator or an available nitrogen supply at the bench. Scope of delivery: 1 MN nitrogen flow regulator for DI, 1 T245N nitrogen handle, 1 DNS stand for T210N/T245N/T470N nitrogen handles, 1 C245903 conical cartridge Ø 1, 1 B7968 nozzle N2 and 1 B7244 nozzle N3 for the T245N handle.
