Weller's WXair is an optimized, self-contained 2-in-1 rework module with 2 channels: vacuum and air. When used with the WXsmart soldering station, it transforms into a combination rework station by combining all rework applications into one station. Both the vacuum and air channels can be operated independently of an external air pressure supply thanks to the integrated high-performance vane pump. Weller's WXair is compatible with two high-performance desoldering irons and one hot air iron. The WXair module is also backwards compatible with our existing WX soldering platform, providing comprehensive flexibility. The WXair easily converts any existing Weller WX soldering station into a hot air and desoldering station. Designed for both vacuum or hot air applications.
