Sitting a full shift at an assembly or test bench while weighing well above the design point of a standard chair wears out the mechanism and the gas spring fast. The Neon XXL is built for heavy duty across every component and adjusts over a user weight range of 80 to 180 kg.

What sets this chair apart

• Heavy duty in every part. Frame, castors, mechanism, gas spring and base are reinforced, and the XXL weight adjustment works from 80 to 180 kg.
• ESD version. The dissipative construction is intended for workplaces to DIN EN 61340-5-1, so charge drains in a controlled way instead of through the part in your hand.
• Synchronous mechanism with seat depth adjustment. Seat and backrest follow the movement, seat depth and backrest height are set independently.
• Seat height 470 to 640 mm. The 170 mm of travel covers a low assembly table as well as a high inspection station.
• Adjustable headrest. It takes load off neck and shoulders when the eyes stay on a monitor or a microscope for hours.
• Thicker Magic faux leather upholstery. Seat and back are interchangeable pads, and the grey flex band makes the chair easy to identify in a shared team.

Scope of delivery and accessories

One chair per sales unit, with headrest, aluminium base and soft twin castors. Armrests are not included, the Neon XXL takes optional heavy-duty armrests of greater width.
