Fasteners with a width across flats of 46 mm can be approached from two sides with this wrench. The open end sits at 15 degrees to the shaft and, together with the thin head, allows repositioning in a 30 degree pattern, while the ring end offset by 15 degrees keeps fingers clear of the assembly.
