Hub seal kit as a service part for the radial spray valve 782RA - Nordson EFD 7007014

A spray valve does not fail all at once, it fails through a washed out seal. The spray pattern becomes uneven and consumption rises. This hub seal kit renews the affected sealing point of the 782RA radial spray valve.

Benefits in use

• Renews the hub seal of the 782RA radial spray valve, so the deposit becomes even again.
• A service part instead of a replacement valve, the repair costs a fraction of a new valve.
• Planned maintenance from stock, downtime of the system is limited to the change itself.
• Sales unit 1 kit, which makes the cost per valve service easy to calculate.

Applications

Maintenance of spray dispensing systems in electronics, medical device and precision manufacturing, wherever a 782RA radial spray valve runs in continuous duty.

Compatibility

Designed for the Nordson EFD 782RA radial spray valve. Other valve series have their own seal kits from the manufacturer.

Note on the data

The supplier states neither the number nor the material of the seals contained. The exact content is given in the spare parts sheet of the valve.
