Ultimus V dispensing controller 0 to 6.9 bar with RS232 interface - Nordson EFD 7012590

Two component epoxies and UV curing adhesives change their viscosity during a shift. A controller with a fixed time then delivers a different amount in the morning than in the afternoon. The Ultimus V controls dispense time, pressure and vacuum electronically and keeps the deposit stable across the whole job.

Applications

Processing of two component epoxies, UV curing adhesives, oils, greases and solder pastes, electronics manufacturing, medical devices, laboratory and prototype work, wherever the viscosity of the fluid drifts over time or with room temperature.

Compatibility

The unit works with dispensing barrels connected through a barrel adapter. The deposit cross section is set by the dispensing needle screwed on.
