LED transmitted light base TL5000 Ergo with automatic aperture, 65 mm field - Leica 10450541

Zooming in transmitted light costs contrast and depth of field when the aperture does not follow. The Leica TL5000 Ergo adjusts the aperture automatically to the zoom position of the optics and therefore delivers the best available image across the whole zoom range, at a height of only 42 mm.

Applications

Transmitted light inspection of transparent and semi transparent samples, checking of edges, contours and bores, documented inspection routines with repeatable illumination settings, laboratory, materials testing and training.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

The transmitted light base is supplied on its own. Microscope body, focus column, carrier and eyepieces are not included and are matched to the existing system. Full automation including store and recall of settings is used through Leica LAS or LAS AF, and without software the contrast methods remain selectable with the buttons on the base.
