Salt air, spray and cleaning agents quickly attack ordinary locks. The C.K K14540D Marine has a 316 stainless steel shackle tested to ISO 9227, a mirror-polished chrome-plated brass body and only stainless steel and brass parts inside. An additional rubber seal surrounds the shackle at the body.
