ESD shelf covering with grooved profile, black, 450 mm x 10 m, 3 mm thick - Safeguard ESD-REGALBELAG-TIEFE 450MM

Steel or wooden shelves are a weak point in an ESD protected area. This covering turns them into a dissipative surface: surface resistance is 10⁶ to 10⁷ ohm, and the roll measures 10 m at 450 mm width and 3 mm thickness.

• Dissipative, typical surface resistance Rpp 10⁶ to 10⁷ ohm, ESD certified to IEC 61340-5-1
• Grooved surface that stops bins and components from sliding
• Elastic cushioning, impact absorbing and noise reducing, gentle on goods
• PVC free and phthalate free
• Roll of 10 m x 450 mm, can be cut to the shelf depth

Applications

Shelving and compartments in component stores, goods receipt, order picking and assembly stations where ESD sensitive assemblies and bins are placed.

Notes

Ground cord and ground point are not included and must be provided separately. Clean only with suitable ESD cleaners to keep the dissipative properties.
