AD 401 adjusting device with CCD laser for PCB magazines 701 to 704 - cab 8917401

Setting the width of a PCB magazine by hand costs time and rarely comes out the same twice. The AD 401 adjusting device measures the position of the partition wall with a CCD laser and displays the nominal PCB width directly, which puts repeat accuracy at +/- 0.2 mm and the step size at 0.1 mm. It serves the magazines of series 701 to 704 and 7001 to 7004.

Operation

• Insert the magazine and fix it against the stop with the clamping lever.
• Release the clamping of the toothed belt.
• Move the partition wall roughly by pulling the toothed belt.
• Fine adjust by turning the tension roller until the nominal PCB width is displayed.
• Secure the partition wall by clamping the toothed belt, then release the lever and remove the magazine.

Compatibility and scope of delivery

For the cab PCB magazines of series 701 to 704 and 7001 to 7004. Larger magazine widths up to 530 mm and PCB widths up to 460 mm are in preparation according to the manufacturer. Net weight of the device is 10 kg.
