PCB magazine 6001.3 metal with screw clamping 40 to 250 mm - cab 8919905

PCB magazine 6001.3 buffers assemblies from 40 to 250 mm wide and 342 mm long and protects them in transport between process steps. Cover and base plate are closed apart from the guide grooves, which keeps dust out and adds rigidity.

Key benefits

• Loosening the four screw clamps releases the divider wall, which is then set to the required board width of 40 to 250 mm.
• Closed cover and base plate, nothing can enter the magazine from above or below.
• Slots and ambient rated up to 200 °C, so the magazine stays usable in warm line sections.
• Base plate in cast aluminium and divider wall in metal, outer dimensions 320 x 563 x 355 mm.
• ESD safe according to the manufacturer, therefore intended for workplaces and line sections with ESD protection.

Scope of delivery and accessories

The magazine ships assembled and includes transport lock type B. Type A and type C are available as an option. With partially assembled magazines the transport locks are supplied separately.
