At the entrance to an EPA the grounding check has to work without setup time. This station in the standard version supplies the WristLab Pro instrument and the floor plate for separate measurement of the left and right shoe as one matched unit, ready to mount on the wall.
Features
- Instrument and footplate arrive as one matched unit, so the station works without assembling individual items.
- Left and right shoe are evaluated separately, so a faulty resistance is not masked by the second shoe.
- The range from 50 kΩ to 2 GΩ at a selectable 50 or 100 V allows individual limits for each user profile.
- The relay output releases the access door or turnstile only after a passed measurement.
- The Hands Free Plus mode adds the wrist strap check to the footwear test on demand without restarting the sequence.
- Magnetic feet allow the instrument to be taken off the wall for annual calibration without tools.

Applications
EPA access control in board assembly, rework areas and test departments, check point in front of cleanrooms, upgrading an existing entrance to a documented personnel grounding test.
Compatibility and scope of supply
Supplied as the station of instrument and footplate for wall mounting. For free standing use the stand Iteco 9264953 is available. User identification can be added with module 9264976 with facial recognition or 9264984 with fingerprint reader, calibration is carried out with the resistance decades 9264980 and 9264981.
Standards and origin
The station tests to IEC 61340-5-1. If every employee needs a personal contact point, the Covid-Free wall station Iteco 9264972 is the alternative. Made in Italy.
