Quick connect coupling 280 Cupla 280-3S, steel - Nitto Kohki 432103100

Hydraulic circuits in the 300 bar class need a coupling that takes pressure impacts and still adds little pressure loss. The 280 Cupla works at 31.5 MPa in 1/4 and 3/8 inch and at 27.5 MPa in 1/2, 3/4 and 1 inch, and it complies with the international standard ISO 7241-1A.

• Working pressure of 31.5 MPa in sizes 1/4 inch and 3/8 inch and 27.5 MPa in 1/2 inch, 3/4 inch and 1 inch, made for high pressure hydraulic lines.
• Built to ISO 7241-1A, so the interface follows an internationally defined profile.
• Special steel body with bright chromate conversion coating in silver plus additional quenching to withstand hydraulic pressure impacts.
• Minimum cross-sectional area from 11.4 mm2 on 280-2SP up to 235.6 mm2 on 280-8SP, with low pressure loss for applications that need high flow rates.
• Automatic shut-off valves in both socket and plug prevent hydraulic oil from spilling out on disconnection.
• Air admixture on connection of 0.37 mL on 280-2SP up to 16.04 mL on 280-8SP, with an NBR seal for -20 °C to +80 °C.

Compatibility

Different sizes cannot be connected. There is no interchangeability between 280 Cupla and HSP Cupla or 210 Cupla, and these parts must not be coupled even where some sizes are approximate.
