Inside a deep mounted junction box the cable sheath has to come off without damaging the core insulation. The 13 42 165 stripping pliers open round sheathed and damp-proof cables from Ø 8 to 13 mm with a circular cutting edge whose depth limiter prevents exactly that damage.
