Adapter strap for tool tethering, for tools up to 6 kg, 400 mm - Knipex 00 50 11 T BK

Not every tool has a tether attachment point and not every anchor matches the lanyard. The 00 50 11 T BK adapter strap bridges that gap and is drop tested for tools weighing up to 6 kg.

• Cord stopper made of solid aluminium, also available as a spare part.
• At 99 g and 400 mm the strap barely adds bulk to the tool.

Areas of use

Work at height, at depth or on ropes: industrial climbing, shaft work, rescue services, arboriculture, bridge refurbishment, wind power and offshore jobs. The strap reduces the risk of losing a tool, of injury to people and animals and of damage to objects.

Standards and conformity

The adapter strap is not personal protective equipment and is not suitable for securing people, it secures tools only. For KNIPEX pliers with a tether attachment point only the 1.5 kg adapter strap 00 50 02 T is intended. According to the manufacturer the product contains no substances of very high concern under REACH, the RoHS directive does not apply.
