The CoBolt XL transmits 40 times the hand force to the cutting edge through its special joint design and saves around 60 percent of the effort compared with a conventional high leverage side cutter. The straight, inductively hardened precision edges of about 64 HRC cut flat material as well as thin round stock, and a gripping face below the joint takes wires from Ø 1.0 mm. At 250 mm the tool is made for two handed use and maximum cutting force and comes on a self-service blister card.
