Dirt and particles enter clean production and assembly areas mainly on shoe soles and castors. The Warmbier tacky mat is laid across the entrance at 660 x 1140 mm, so that everyone entering takes at least one full step on it and the adhesive surface retains the particles carried in.

Application

The mat is placed at the transition to clean rooms, measuring rooms, painting and assembly zones and at the entrance to the EPA, where every particle carried in affects assemblies and test results. Once the top layer is visibly covered, it is pulled off at the corner and discarded, leaving a fresh adhesive surface underneath. The mat does not replace ESD protective measures, it adds cleanliness at the access point.
