TubiX S pipe cutter for metal pipes 3 - 30 mm dia., QuickLock one-hand locking - Knipex 90 31 01

In stud wall installations and narrow shafts there are often only a few centimetres left for the tool. The TubiX S works with a very small cutting circle and cuts pipes from 3 to 30 mm dia., that is 1/8 to 1 1/8 inch, with wall thicknesses up to 2 mm. At 261 g and a size of 77 x 55 x 26 mm it fits in a trouser pocket and still cuts stainless steel.

Areas of use

Plumbing, heating and air conditioning as well as maintenance and service on metal pipes, above all in stud walls, shafts and under wash basins where a conventional pipe cutter can no longer complete a full turn. The manufacturer explicitly names stainless steel among the materials this tool cuts.

Standards and conformity

According to the manufacturer the pipe cutter contains no substances of very high concern as defined by the REACH regulation. The RoHS directive does not apply to this product.
