Metal-In ESD shielding bag, heat-sealable, 457 x 457 mm

Electrostatic discharges from outside must not reach sensitive electronics on their way through storage and shipping. This shielding bag in 457 x 457 mm forms a Faraday cage around the contents with its embedded aluminium layer and is designed to EN 61340-5-1 and EN 61340-5-3. It is intended for large-format PCBs and populated assemblies.

Applications

The 457 x 457 mm format takes large PCBs, populated assemblies and control boards that need protection at goods receipt, in storage or when shipped between sites. Several smaller assemblies can also be packed together. The bag is available in further formats.
