For the long BLACKLINE containers of size 600 this 558 x 100 mm insert organises the interior. The smallest pitch is 40 mm, which gives a fine compartment layout over the full length.

Application

With this layout the size 600 container takes whole part families, a screw range across several lengths or the small parts of an assembly in fitting order. That saves shelf slots and shortens the search at the workbench.
