PUR Foam EL23 Nubbed Conductive, Black, 553 x 353 mm, 15 mm Thick - A1-ESD EP0705138

Assemblies laid out flat slide around inside a container and knock against its walls during transport. This insert of PUR foam EL23 has a nubbed surface, measures 553 x 353 mm at 15 mm thickness and is set up conductive at 10E3 to 10E4 ohm. The nub structure gives way when the lid is closed and holds parts lightly in place without any contour cutting.

Application

The insert is used as a lid or base layer in ESD containers, as padding for populated boards in internal transport, and as a rest at test and repair benches inside the EPA. Combined with a flat counter layer, assemblies can be held between two sheets.
