In repair, desoldered components often end up on the bench because no suitable container is at hand. With 41 x 37 x 15 mm of internal space the N3 hinged box takes larger packages as well and is made from dissipative plastic on which no charge builds up. The pack holds 25 boxes.

Application

At the repair bench the box holds desoldered components until they are tested and keeps them apart from new material. In the component store it serves as the compartment for counted quantities, in prototype production as a small kit for a single build. Inside the EPA the dissipative plastic remains part of the protection chain, and the closed lid stops small parts from getting lost while they are moved.
