Conductive SMD reel rack for reels up to 330 mm diameter, 455 x 315 mm base - A1-ESD EP0711007

Part-used tape reels travel between setup trolley, intermediate storage and placement machine, and they must neither topple over nor pick up charge on the way. This reel storage rack takes reels up to 330 mm in diameter and holds them upright and individually accessible on a 455 x 315 mm base.

Application

The rack stands at the setup station next to the placement machine, in the buffer store for part-used reels and at rework. There it sorts the tape reels by part number so that a changeover does not mean searching the whole stock. Because the material is conductive, the rack stays part of the EPA and reels can be taken out without repacking. The range also covers versions for smaller and for larger reel diameters.
