On longer transport routes through production the wheel diameter decides how easily a loaded trolley crosses floor joints and door thresholds. This wheel measures 100 mm in diameter, is 25 mm wide and is rated at 80 kg load capacity. The tyre is conductive, so charge flows from the transport equipment to the grounded floor.

Application

The wheel runs on ESD transport systems in electronics manufacturing, for example on material trolleys, shelf trolleys and picking carts that move assemblies between the store, placement and the test area. The larger diameter pays off wherever routes cross hall joints, transition profiles or lift thresholds. The most frequent trigger is the replacement of worn or non-dissipative wheels, followed by upgrading a trolley that is being taken into the EPA. Check the mounting, the axle and the bore diameter beforehand, because the wheel is supplied without a fork and without an axle. For low mounting heights the range includes a wheel with a 75 mm diameter.
