Ionising bar A924IPS, short range, integrated power supply, 24 V DC, IP66, length 600 mm

Static charge on parts attracts dust and can damage sensitive electronics before they reach the next station. The A924IPS ionising bar neutralises these charges at close range, at a distance of 20 to 200 mm. At 600 mm long, it covers workpiece carriers, medium-width conveyors and part removal zones on machines. The power supply sits inside the bar itself, which runs on 24 V DC via a 4-pin M8 connector.

Applications

At 600 mm the bar works across conveyors and workpiece carriers in electronics and plastics production lines and at machine removal points where parts become charged as they separate. Components and PCBs arrive at the next station discharged and attract less dust. Where the distance to the object is at the upper end of the range, the air connection helps carry the ions to the workpiece. For narrower or wider sections the series is available in other lengths.
