Ionising bar A924IPS, short range, integrated power supply, 24 V DC, IP66, length 440 mm

Static charge on parts attracts dust and can damage sensitive electronics before they reach the next station. The A924IPS ionising bar neutralises these charges at close range, at a distance of 20 to 200 mm. At 440 mm long, it fits on grippers, inside assembly cells and above narrow conveyor sections where there is little space next to the tooling. The power supply sits inside the bar itself, which runs on 24 V DC via a 4-pin M8 connector.

Applications

The 440 mm length suits single stations in electronics manufacturing: above pick-and-place grippers, at test stations, in assembly cells and on short transfer sections. There the bar discharges components and assemblies just before the next handling step. Where the distance to the object is at the upper end of the range, the air connection helps carry the ions to the workpiece. For wider conveyors the series is available in other lengths.
