A ceiling-mounted extraction arm needs a rigid support that also carries the exhaust air to the duct. Base box 2-1500-20 does both for arms of the Alsident System 50, 63 and 75 range. At 1500 mm long it suits tall rooms in which an arm mounted directly on the ceiling would no longer reach the workstation. In veterinary and specialist practices the arm hangs above the treatment table rather than beside it.
