Mechanical stress, everyday chemicals, heat and wet: the GORE-TEX EXTRAGUARD upper of the XT 1000 GTX takes all of it and absorbs very little water over time. Underneath is the XR sole system with nitrile outsole and MPU midsole, SRC slip resistance and the cushioning MPU REBOUND SYSTEM.
