The K 6 L stainless steel insert basket holds the load in the matching Sonorex ultrasonic baths. It positions the parts about 1 to 2 cm above the tank floor, exactly in the most effective area of the cavitation field, and prevents direct contact with the oscillating tank, which would otherwise cause abrasion to both the load and the tank.
