The VE 2/D100-E stop gate holds workpiece pallets in the TS 2plus transfer system and releases them one at a time, enabling section-by-section, cycle-accurate material flow on assembly lines. The integrated damping absorbs the kinetic energy of arriving pallets, preventing abrupt impacts that can damage sensitive components or shorten pallet service life. Hard-anodised aluminium housing and a hardened steel stop deliver high wear resistance for continuous production use. ESD compatibility makes the unit suitable for electrostatic-discharge-protected manufacturing areas.
