The changeover set 160/240 x 160/240 HD2-LS allows the HD2-LS rotary lift unit to be reconfigured for workpiece pallets of 160 mm and 240 mm widths. Conveyor sections can be adapted without replacing the base unit, reducing retooling time and cost.

Rotation angles of 90° or 180° on the Z axis; rotational direction can be set individually for each workpiece pallet
40 mm lift height for rotation directly above the conveyor section; 90 mm lift height where side-mounted components are present, such as identification and data storage modules
Maximum permitted total mass moment of inertia: 0.65 kg m²
Includes all fastening material
Required accessories: stop gate VE 2/..., M12x1 sensor with rated sensing range SN 4 mm, non-flush mount (0.5 mm standoff)
