The LG 2/H Liftgate 6 mounting kit integrates a fold-down passage gate into Rexroth transfer systems built on the BS 2 belt conveyor platform. It spans belt widths of 240 mm to 1200 mm and passage widths (A) of 600 mm to 1800 mm, and can double as a transverse conveyor section within the same system.

  • Compatible with BS 2, BS 2/C-100, BS 2/R-300 belt sections and combinations of section ST 2/C-H (ST 2/R-H), drive AS 2/C-100 (AS 2/R-300), and return unit UM 2/C-60 (UM 2/R-60)
  • Open position 85°, mechanically locked - optional pneumatic unlocking with PN assembly kit
  • Safety switch in off position for reliable machine guarding
  • Supplied not assembled; includes gas pressure springs, attachment kit, locking mechanism, and safety switch
