The BS 2/S belt section arrives fully assembled with an integrated toothed belt drive, ready for immediate installation as a longitudinal conveyor for workpiece pallets or as a transverse transfer unit paired with two HQ 2 lift-transfer modules. The segmented longitudinal profile accepts up to 3 additional cuts, allowing individual segments to be removed independently - simplifying on-site handling and reducing transport volume. Accumulation and reversible operation are both supported.

  • Segmented profile with up to 3 cut positions for modular length adaptation
  • ESD-compatible toothed belt conveyor for use in electrostatic-sensitive environments (EPA)
  • Motor mounting on left, right or center (center available from 240 mm track width)
  • Motor connection via cable/plug (AT = S) or terminal box (AT = K)
  • Accumulation and reversible operation supported; special variants on request
