The Rotary Unit DE 2 BG 1 is a module for the horizontal rotation and onward transport of workpiece carriers in size BG 1 transfer systems. It enables branch-offs and crossings for heavy workpiece pallets up to 96 kg and is designed for track widths of 400 mm and 480 mm.

  • Flexible rotation: Rotary movements of 90° (approx. 4 s), 180° (approx. 7 s) and 270° (approx. 10 s).
  • Ready to install: Delivered pre-assembled including supports; protective covers optionally pre-fitted.
  • Simple pneumatic connection: 6 mm straight fitting, operating pressure 5 to 6 bar.
