The ELT Transverse Conveyor EQ 2/TE LS is a pre-assembled module for branching off into a transverse section where the second end does not continue further (dead end) within the ELT transfer system. Size 2 uses two lifting cylinders per lift transverse unit and requires a minimum pallet footprint of 480 x 480 mm. The toothed belt drive is rated for EPA environments, making the unit ESD-safe throughout.

• 2 or 3 lift positions (top, center, bottom) selectable via pneumatic equipment
• Ready to mount on ST 2/... sections (45 mm profile width) or ST 2/...-H sections (50 mm profile width)
• Reversible operation supported; accumulation operation on lift transverse units is not permitted
• Workpiece pallet total weight up to 30 kg; section load in accumulation operation up to 60 kg
• 6 mm straight pneumatic connection, operating pressure 4 - 6 bar
• Maximum section length 6000 mm, minimum 240 mm; preferred values: 160, 240, 320, 400, 480, 640, 800 mm
