The Variofix Block is a lightweight PP mounting component for the Bosch Rexroth Variofix system. It secures flat elements in slot-8 aluminum profiles and supports two attachment methods: screw fixing with the included square nut, or tool-free snap-in via clip.

  • Polypropylene body - corrosion-resistant and suited to dry assembly environments
  • Dual mounting: screw with M6 and included galvanized steel square nut, or snap-in clip for quick positioning
  • Signal gray RAL 7004 finish matches the standard Bosch Rexroth transfer system color range
  • Pack of 10, each unit supplied with square nut
  • Snap-in clip removal requires Variofix remover 3842526589 (sold separately)
