Die-cast aluminum gusset for 20x40 mm profile combinations in the designLINE finish, ESD-rated and coated white aluminum (RAL 9006). Bending moment up to 50 Nm, profile slot 6, supplied complete with four cylinder head screws DIN 7984 M6x12 and four T-nuts. Suited to visually exposed assembly lines, ESD-protected workstations and clean-room production frames.

The 20x40 designLINE gusset joins two aluminum profiles of the 20x40 mm size with a positive-locking connection and a vibratory-ground, painted surface in white aluminum (RAL 9006) - the finish specified for visible-surface assembly lines, ESD-controlled areas and high-quality production equipment. Bending moment 2 is 50 Nm, bending moment 1 is 15 Nm, and torsional moment is 8 Nm.
