The LG 2/H 1 mounting kit provides all components needed to integrate a pivoting lift gate into single-track belt conveyor systems of the Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow line. The belt section tilts manually from 0° (closed) to 85° (open), allowing personnel or material to cross the conveyor. Two integrated gas pressure springs noticeably reduce the effort required to open and close the gate. Mechanical unlocking is standard; optional pneumatic unlocking is available via the PN assembly kit.
