Description

The Bosch Rexroth Strut Profile 45x90 is an asymmetric aluminum profile within the 45 mm modular system, suited to load-bearing frames, machine guards, and conveyor structures in assembly and automation environments. It is supplied as a cut-to-length item at the exact dimension ordered.

6 open slots accept standard T-nuts and connectors from the 45 mm system without through-drilling the profile.
Pre-machined cores for M12 and M16 in all channels, plus D17 in slots B/F and C/E (D17V in slot A/D), enable direct fastening without pre-drilling on site.
Anodized natural-color surface provides corrosion protection; profile is rated ESD-suitable by Bosch Rexroth.
Order any length from 50 mm to 6070 mm - covers everything from short spacers to long structural spans.
