Strut profiles
Bosch Rexroth strut profiles with slot 10 and modular dimension 45 form the most extensive segment of the modular profile system, with over 326 articles. Cross-sections range from 22.5x45 to 90x270 mm, including 45x45L, 45x90L, 45x180, 90x90L, 90x180L, 45x60G, and T-profiles such as 45x90x90L, all with slot 10 and 45 mm grid. Standard lengths are 5600 mm and 6070-6100 mm, supplemented by cut-to-length items with M12/D17 bore variants. The system is fully compatible with Bosch Rexroth VarioFlow+ and TS 2plus transfer systems.
SL variants (e.g. 90x90SL, 45x90SL, art. 3842537100-102) provide lighter cross-sections with the same grid. NVS variants (2NVS, 3NVS, 4NVS) with offset grooves expand connection options on all four sides of slender cross-sections. The 45x270 cross-section (2x5600 mm, art. 3842520025) is the widest in the R45 series.
