The Strut Profile 45x45 M16 is the core structural element of the Bosch Rexroth aluminium profile system based on a 45 mm modular grid. Four continuously open slots (width 10 mm) run the full length on all four faces, allowing connectors, brackets and accessories to be positioned and repositioned at any point without drilling. The central M16 thread provides direct axial bolt connections into the profile end. With an area moment of inertia of 13.8 cm⁴ and a section modulus of 6.1 cm³ in both principal axes, the symmetric cross-section delivers consistent bending stiffness regardless of load direction.
