The 80x80L strut profile with pre-machined M12 tapped holes in all core bores and D17 clearance holes in selected slots is designed for structural assembly frames where ESD protection is required. Eight open slots (10 mm wide) on a 40 mm grid make it fully compatible with the Rexroth profile system. Available cut to length from 90 to 6000 mm.

The Bosch Rexroth 80x80L strut profile is an ESD-suitable structural aluminum profile for the Rexroth 80 modular system. Its 80x80 mm cross-section with 8 open slots (10 mm slot width, 40 mm grid) integrates directly with the full range of Rexroth connectors, fasteners and panels. Pre-machined M12 threads in all core bores and D17 clearance holes in slots A/F and B/E (D17V in C/H and D/G) eliminate on-site drilling and reduce assembly time.
