Strut profiles
Bosch Rexroth strut profiles with slot 10 and modular dimension R40 (40 mm grid) form the core element of the aluminium modular construction system. Cross-sections from 40x40L through 40x80L, 80x80L up to 80x160L cover a broad range of load-bearing frames, assembly structures and machine guards. Profiles are supplied as standard bars of 6,070 mm length and can be cut to any required dimension. Left-right (LR), single-slot-open (1N) and double-slot-open (2N) variants enable different connection and assembly configurations within the same modular system.
The 40x40L profile includes 20 T-slot nuts per bar, the 80x80L includes six and the 80x160L includes three. All standard profiles are grey-coated. Connection hardware such as T-slot nuts, angle brackets and coupling sleeves are available from the same Bosch Rexroth modular range.
