Description

The Bosch Rexroth strut profile 50x100L D17V/D17V is an anodized aluminium profile with an asymmetric L cross-section (50x100 mm) and six open slots. It is designed for frame structures, machine frames, and assembly fixtures where a significantly higher bending stiffness is needed in one axis than the other. The profile is cut to length on order and delivered in lengths from 90 mm to 6000 mm.

Six open slots (slot width 10, modular dimension 50 mm) allow connections on all sides using standard Bosch Rexroth connectors.
Area moment of inertia lx = 162.8 cm⁴ in the strong axis - suited to load-bearing structures with a defined primary load direction.
Anodized aluminium surface: corrosion-resistant and ready to use without further treatment.
Mass 4.6 kg/m - lighter than steel at comparable stiffness in the primary axis.
