Strut profiles

Bosch Rexroth strut profiles with slot 10 and modular dimension 50 form the heavy-duty segment of the modular profile system. The 75-article range includes cross-sections of 50x50L, 50x100L, 50x150L, 100x100L, and 100x200L in standard lengths up to 6070 mm, complemented by an extensive cut-to-length range. Bore variants include M12, M12/M12, D17, D17/D17, D17V, and D9.8/D9.8, enabling direct bolted connections without separate T-slot nuts. The large aluminium cross-sections provide significantly higher load capacity compared to slot-8/10-R40/45 profiles.

The 100x200L cross-section delivers the highest bending stiffness in the range and is suited to frame structures in heavy transfer systems. Cut-to-length articles (3842993156-175) cover all main cross-sections with M12 and D17 bore variants.
