The EcoFlow flow rack supplies material directly at the workstation or in the supermarket loop, using full-width plastic, steel or stainless-steel rollers to carry blister packs and cardboard boxes by gravity. An ESD-conductive version is available, and the rack ships either fully assembled or as a self-assembly kit. The Bosch Rexroth EcoFlow flow rack is a configurable gravity roller rack for lean material supply in supermarket loops or directly at assembly and production workstations. Full-width rollers convey blister packs and cardboard boxes smoothly from the supply side to the pick face; the recommended 6 % gradient ensures reliable material flow without a drive.
